Resolved that Council proceed to elect a Warden in accordance with Section 4 of Procedure By-law No. 6268-2020.


Resolved that ___________________________ be nominated for the position of Warden for Oxford County for the term 2023-2024-2025-2026.


Resolved that nominations for the Office of Warden be closed.

Resolved that the term of office for the position of Deputy Warden be one year;


And further, that the nomination dates for election of the position of Deputy Warden be December 13, 2023, December 11, 2024 and December 10, 2025.


OR


Resolved that the term of office for the position of Deputy Warden be two years;


And further, that the nomination date for election of the position of Deputy Warden be December 11, 2024.


OR


Resolved that the term of office for the position of Deputy Warden be four years.
