The Official Plan amendment proposes to redesignate the subject lands from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential to permit the renovation of and addition to an existing duplex to create a five unit multiple-attached residential building.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. That Oxford County Council approve Application No. OP 24-09-8 submitted by Amer Cengic, for lands described as Part Lot 30 e/s Victoria Street, Plan 212, Part 1, 41R3014 in the City of Woodstock, to redesignate the subject lands from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential;
  2. And further, that Council approve the attached Amendment No. 327 to the County of Oxford Official Plan;
  3. And further, that the necessary by-law to approve Amendment No. 327 be raised.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. That County Council authorize staff to apply for funding from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ Local Leadership for Climate Adaptation initiative for the creation of Oxford County’s Climate Action Plan;
  2. And further, that County Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer and/or Director of Corporate Services to sign all documents related thereto.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. That By-law 6682-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 10 years, in the amount of $1,500,000.00, for the purposes of the Township of Blandford-Blenheim, be presented to Council for enactment;
  2. And further, that By-law 6683-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 5 years, in the amount of $72,382.00, for the purposes of the Town of Tillsonburg, be presented to Council for enactment;
  3. And further, that By-law 6684-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 5 years, in the amount of $266,778.00, for the purposes of the Town of Tillsonburg, be presented to Council for enactment;
  4. And further, that By-law 6685-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 10 years, in the amount of $164,851.00, for the purposes of the Town of Tillsonburg, be presented to Council for enactment;
  5. And further, that By-law 6686-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 10 years, in the amount of $789,587.00, for the purposes of the Town of Tillsonburg, be presented to Council for enactment;
  6. And further, that By-law 6687-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 10 years, in the amount of $1,076,000.00, for the purposes of the City of Woodstock, be presented to Council for enactment;
  7. And further, that By-law 6688-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 10 years, in the amount of $800,000.00, for the purposes of the City of Woodstock, be presented to Council for enactment;
  8. And further, that By-law 6689-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 20 years, in the amount of $1,815,000.00, for the purposes of the City of Woodstock, be presented to Council for enactment;
  9. And further, that By-law 6690-2024, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 20 years, in the amount of $2,930,000.00, for the purposes of the County of Oxford, be presented to Council for enactment.

Being a By-law of the County of Oxford to authorize the borrowing upon serial debentures in the principal amount of $1,500,000.00 towards the cost of a certain capital work of the Corporation of the Township Blandford-Blenheim set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law.

Being a By-law of the County of Oxford to authorize the borrowing upon serial debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $72,382.00 towards the cost of certain capital works of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law.

Being a By-law of the County of Oxford to authorize the borrowing upon serial debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $266,778.00 towards the cost of certain capital works of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law.

Being a By-law of the County of Oxford to authorize the borrowing upon serial debentures in the principal amount of $164,851.00 towards the cost of a certain capital work of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law.

Being a By-law of the County of Oxford to authorize the borrowing upon serial debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $789,587.00 towards the cost of certain capital works of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law.

Being a By-law of the County of Oxford to authorize the borrowing upon serial debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $800,000.00 towards the cost of certain capital works of the Corporation of the City of Woodstock set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law.

Being a By-law of the County of Oxford to authorize the borrowing upon serial debentures in the principal amount of $1,815,000.00 towards the cost of a certain capital work of the Corporation of the City of Woodstock set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law.

Being a By-law of the County of Oxford to authorize the borrowing upon serial debentures in the principal amount of $2,930,000.00 towards the cost of a certain capital work of the County of Oxford set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law.

Being a By-law to provide for the dedication and naming of highways in the County of Oxford.

Being a By-Law to adopt Amendment Number 327 to the County of Oxford Official Plan.

Being a By-law to confirm all actions and proceedings of the Council of the County of Oxford at the meeting at which this By-law is passed.
