PW 2024-01 - Contract Award – Oxford Road 59 Bridge Rehabilitation

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. That County Council award a contract to the low bidder, Sierra Bridge Inc., in the amount of $6,342,043 (excluding HST) for the rehabilitation of Bridge No. 59755 on Oxford Road 59 in the City of Woodstock;

    

2. And further, that County Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Public Works to sign all documents related hereto.

PW 2024-02 - Reduced Load Limit By-Law Amendment

RECOMMENDATION

1. That County Council enact a by-law to amend the Reduced Load Limit By-law 5905-2017 as outlined in Report PW 2024-02.

PW 2024-03 - Amendments to County Forests and County Lands Recreation By-law and Woodlands Conservation By-law

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. That the County Forests and County Lands Recreation By-law 5854-2016, being a by-law to provide for the governance and control of County Forests and County Lands in the County of Oxford, be amended as outlined in Report PW 2024-03;

    

2. And further, that the Woodlands Conservation By-law 6035-2018, being a by-law to prohibit or regulate the destruction of trees in woodlands, be amended as outlined in Report PW 2024-03.

CS 2024-01 - 2024 Interim Levy By-law

RECOMMENDATION

1. That By-law 6604-2024, being a by-law to provide for an interim tax levy for purposes of the County of Oxford for the 2024 fiscal year, be presented to Council for enactment.
