COUNTY OF OXFORD COUNCIL

That Oxford County Council approve Application CD 23-01-8, submitted by 2749815 Ontario Limited. for lands described as Part Lot 12, Plan 227, Part Lot 4, West side of Yeo Street, Plan 10, and Part 1 of 41R-10169, in the City of Woodstock for draft approval of a proposed condominium;
And further, that Council approve the application for exemption from the draft plan of condominium approval process submitted by 2749815 Ontario Limited (File No. CD 23-01-8), prepared by Brooks Lise Surveying Limited, for lands described as Part Lot 12, Plan 227, Part Lot 4, West side of Yeo Street, Plan 10, and Part 1 of 41R10169, in the City of Woodstock, as all matters relating to the development have been addressed through the Site Plan Approval process and a registered site plan agreement with the City of Woodstock.

RECOMMENDATION

That County Council receive Report PW 2024-06 entitled “2023 Drinking Water System Performance”, including the 2023 Annual Drinking Water System Summary Reports.

RECOMMENDATION

That County Council receive Report PW 2024-07 entitled “Managed Forest Plan Update: 2023 Review and Operational Activity Forecast” for information.

RECOMMENDATIONS

That County Council award a contract to the low bidder, Finnbilt General Contracting Limited, in the amount of $1,218,537 (excluding HST) for the rehabilitation of Bridge 784064 on Oxford Road 33 in the Township of Zorra;
And further, that County Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Public Works to sign all documents related hereto.

RECOMMENDATIONS

That County Council award a single source contract to On-Site Drapery Cleaners Ltd. in the amount of $133,000 (excluding HST), pursuant to the single source provisions of the County Purchasing Policy 6.07, for the 2024 Woodingford Lodge Woodstock Curtain Replacement Project;
And further, that Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Public Works to sign all documents related hereto.

RECOMMENDATION

That County Council approve the 2023 Annual Progress Report of the 10-Year Shelter Plan, as provided in Attachment 1 and as outlined in Report HS 2024-01.

RECOMMENDATION

That Report CS 2024-06 entitled “Council Remuneration and Expenses - 2023”, for the year ended December 31, 2023, be received as information.

RECOMMENDATIONS

That Report CS 2024-07 entitled “Investment Activity Report and Policy Review - 2023”, for the year ended December 31, 2023, be received;
And that the updated Investment Policy 6.06, as attached to Report CS 2024-07, be approved.
