To consider a draft plan of subdivision proposes the creation of seven residential lots for single detached dwellings, six blocks for street fronting townhouse dwellings (40 dwelling units total), a multiple-unit residential block (Block 14), which will accommodate 26 residential townhouse units, to be developed through a future plan of condominium, and the extension of Keith Mabee Boulevard and Fuller Drive in the Town of Ingersoll.

RECOMMENDATION

  1. That Oxford County Council grant draft approval to the proposed residential plan of subdivision, submitted by 1879784 Ontario Inc. (SB 22-08-6), prepared by GSP Group Inc., for the lands described Lots 223, 224 and 226, Block 63, Plan 279, in the Town of Ingersoll, subject to the conditions attached to this report as Schedule “A” being met prior to final approval.

  1. That County Council receive Report PW 2024-14 entitled “2023 Drinking Water Quality Management System Update” as information.

RECOMMENDATION

  1. That County Council receive Report PW 2024-15 entitled “2023 Annual Waste Management Reports” as information.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  1. That County Council receive Report PW 2024-16 entitled “2023 Annual Wastewater System Performance”, including the individual 2023 Annual Wastewater Treatment Plant Summary Reports;

     

  2. And further, that County Council receive the 2023 Annual Biosolids (Non-Agricultural Source Material) Summary Report, including the performance summary of the County’s wastewater treatment plant biosolids processing, land application program and biosolids centralized storage facility.

  1. That County Council receive Report PW 2024-17 entitled “2023 Annual Energy Report” as information.
