The Official Plan Amendment proposes to redesignate a portion of the subject lands from ‘Open Space’ to ‘Low Density Residential’ to facilitate the future creation of residential infill lots through severance in the Town of Tillsonburg.

The Official Plan Amendment proposes to redesignate a portion of the subject lands from ‘Low Density Residential’ and ‘Open Space’ to ‘Community Facility’ to facilitate the development of a place of worship in the Town of Tillsonburg.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. That Oxford County Council approve Official Plan Application OP 25-15-7, submitted by Michael Perovich for the lands described as Part of Lot 1606, Plan 500, being Part 1 on Plan 41R-1737 in the Town of Tillsonburg, to redesignate a portion of the subject lands from ‘Open Space’ to ‘Low Density Residential’ to facilitate the creation of two residential infill lots;
  2. And further, that Council approve the attached Amendment Number 348 to the County of Oxford Official Plan as well as the enacting By-law 6783-2026.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. That Oxford County Council approve Official Plan Application OP 25-18-7, submitted by TVDSB (Hope Reformed Church) for lands described as Part of Lot 3, Concession 10 (Dereham), in the Town of Tillsonburg, to redesignate a portion of the subject lands to facilitate the development of a community facility (place of worship) on the subject lands;
  2. And further, that Council approve the attached Amendment Number 349 to the County of Oxford Official Plan as well as the enacting by-law 6784-2026.

     

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. That By-law 6785-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 10 years, in the amount of $1,319,974.00, for the purposes of the County of Oxford, be presented to Council for enactment;
  2. And further, that By-law 6786-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 20 years, in the amount of $806,605, for the purposes of the County of Oxford, be presented to Council for enactment;
  3. And further, that By-law 6787-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 20 years, in the amount of $2,900,000.00, for the purposes of the City of Woodstock, be presented to Council for enactment;
  4. And further, that By-law 6788-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 20 years, in the amount of $4,900,000.00, for the purposes of the City of Woodstock, be presented to Council for enactment;
  5. And further, that By-law 6789-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 20 years, in the amount of $4,200,000.00, for the purposes of the City of Woodstock, be presented to Council for enactment;
  6. And further, that By-law 6790-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 25 years, in the amount of $882,000.00, for the purposes of the Town of Tillsonburg, be presented to Council for enactment;
  7. And further, that By-law 6791-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 20 years, in the amount of $1,181,500.00, for the purposes of the Town of Tillsonburg, be presented to Council for enactment;
  8. And further, that By-law 6792-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 15 years, in the amount of $2,056,300, for the purposes of the Town of Tillsonburg, be presented to Council for enactment;
  9. And further, that By-law 6793-2026, being a by-law to authorize the borrowing by issuing debentures, for a term of 10 years, in the amount of $1,000,000.00, for the purposes of the Township of Blandford-Blenheim, be presented to Council for enactment.

     

RECOMMENDATION:

  1. That By-law 6794-2026, being a by-law to provide for an interim tax levy for purposes of the County of Oxford for the 2026 fiscal year, be presented to Council for enactment.
